you, including colored flyers, "just listed" postcards, signs, and web page with a virtual tour of your home
Post your property advertisement on the following web sites:

Install post sign and lockbox
Network with other realtors and buyers to see if your home meets their needs.
Contact Realtors and buyers who view the listing
Hold open house for brokers
Hold open house for the public
Follow up on all interest and open house inquiries
Keep you updated regularly on the progress of marketing your home
Schedule appointments to show your home to prospective buyers (I
can even do this while you are at work or unavailable if so desired)
Weed out buyers who will not qualify for a mortgage
Connect you to sources for insurance, inspections, repairs, and financing
Manage the home inspection and appraisal
Communicate and negotiate with the buyer and their agent, providing a buffer between you and the buyer.
I
continue to assist home buyers long after the closing of the sale. I am
always happy to answer questions and offer real estate advice long
after you have sold/purchased your home.

As Your Buyers Agent, I Will:
Provide you with access to the Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS)
Update you when new listings meeting your criteria are activated
Assist you in determining the approximate amount you can afford (prequalification)
Study and compile lists of properties that meet your criteria and desired location
Map,
schedule, drive and accompany you to properties of interest or preview
them on your behalf to be certain they match your search criteria
Research
the property to identify any issues that need to be addressed in order
to make an informed decision when proposing an offer
Advise you on market conditions and structuring an appropriate offer
Present your offer to the selling agent on your behalf
Negotiate terms with the selling agent in your best interest
Provide all contract papers and forms
Provide a neutral buffer between you and the seller
Assist you in securing appropriate financing and formal prequalification
Attend the home inspection
Assess the Inspection and renegotiate if necessary
Continue to assist you in the closing and in the future whenever you have a real estate question.
You, the buyer, do not pay me as your "Buyers Agent".
